Thought I'd show you my latest- it started as an experiment just to see what it'd look like.
I've made a few sets of custom wheels lately and I made these blue neons for another car, but when I saw the blue canopies on the Hotwheels Bat I just had
to fit them on !!
I couldn't believe how lucky I was with the color match, so I decided to make new axles sized to fit and keep them on it.
The blue neon tires are turned from plastic and the slotted rims are turned and milled from aluminium bar. The wheels are free spinning on stainless steel axles.
I posted this on the Hobbytalk Customizing forum a couple of days ago and I've already had messages from collectors saying they wish Hotwheels would do a similar chase car, so you never know !!
